• Account Information: Email address when you register, sign in with Apple, or sign in with Google.
• Hair Profile Data: Hair type, porosity, path selection, quiz responses, and hair concerns you provide.
• Photos and Videos: Hair progress photos you upload to your Hair Journal.
• Usage Data: How you interact with features such as routines, product labs, and trackers.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status managed through RevenueCat and the App Store. We do not store payment card details.
• Crash Data: Technical diagnostics to improve app stability.

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your hair routines and product recommendations
• To provide and improve core app features
• To verify founding member status and manage premium access
• To process and manage subscriptions via RevenueCat

• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management

5. Affiliate Links Disclosure

StrandLab participates in the Amazon Associates affiliate program. When you purchase products through links in the app, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. All product recommendations are editorially curated and are not influenced by affiliate relationships.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data via the Profile screen
• Withdraw consent at any time

To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

StrandLab is not directed to children under 9 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
