By downloading, installing, or using the StrandLab mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Strandlab Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
StrandLab is a hair growth tracking and care app that provides personalized routines, product recommendations, and progress tracking for all hair types. Features include:
StrandLab offers the following premium subscription options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Founding Members: The first 100 members who joined the StrandLab waitlist receive free lifetime premium access. This benefit is tied to the email used during waitlist registration.
StrandLab participates in the Amazon Associates affiliate program. Product links in the app may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. All recommendations are editorially curated and independent of affiliate relationships.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as hair journal photos). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the app for your personal use. We do not share your personal content with third parties.

StrandLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hair care information in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dermatological concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strandlab Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
